MISSION: ECALA builds engaged learning communities for all learners in
Edmonton by providing supports and resources to Edmonton-based agencies.
ECALA is a granting council invests over 2 million dollars each year in adult literacy and foundational learning opportunities in Edmonton. Grant funds are provided through the Community Adult Learning Program, Alberta Advanced Education.
