The DV & District Historical Society / Drayton Valley Museum is a sustainable community institution that provides affordable access to all. The society is committed to the preservation and exhibition of historical artifacts, stories and memories that are valuable and important to our local community which in turn allows us to educate and enrich the lives of present and future generations . We provide opportunities for visitors and tourists to experience local history through our displays, programs, events and onsite historical tours. The Drayton Valley Museum is accredited with Alberta Museums Association as a “Recognized Museum”.
