Since 2003, Cultural Connections Institute – The Learning Exchange (CCI-LEX) has been changing the lives of thousands of adult newcomers – building and strengthening our communities in the process.
Our aim as an organization is to build the capacity of newcomers and promote their personal growth through English language training, cultural exchange, and community connections. Our vision is that all newcomers are able to participate and engage in their communities in a way that is meaningful to them.
