- Works directly with communities and organizations across the province of Alberta to identify community needs related to domestic abuse and sexual exploitation.
- Engages and develops unique partnership and service delivery opportunities to promote safe and healthy communities for those impacted by domestic abuse.

Roles & Responsibilities
Relationship Development
- Identify, engage and develop partnership sites across Alberta.
- Curate mutually beneficial and lasting relationships aligned with the organization’s values, communications strategy and strategic outcomes.
- Promote Sagesse’s peer support and capacity-building programs, including:
- Building relationships with formal social service organizations across Alberta to host our programs in their communities.
- Coordinating with Intervention team staff to ensure a smooth transition to program delivery.
- Attend community events focusing on promoting our programs and identifying informal partners.
- Support with the recruitment of Rainbow Ready clients, Clare’s Law network and Collective Impact member organizations.
- Track and document relationships in Sagesse’s customer relationship management tool (CRM) and coordinate activities including introductory calls and meetings, service bookings, and relationship troubleshooting.
- Measure and report on all activities monthly, to track progress against the agency’s partnership targets.
Community Development and Collaboration
- Participate in community bodies to address systemic barriers and promote Sagesse programs at the direction of agency leadership.
- Support Collective Impact initiatives.
- Attend relevant community events across Alberta to promote Sagesse programs.
